(IQB), a leading innovative construction solution provider, with a specific focus on precast construction technology, vide NCLT order dated 21st May 2020, was merged with Janaadhar India Pvt Ltd.
Precast Service Business was the Brainchild of IQB, a closely held private company jointly promoted by Mr. Chander Dutta and Mr. Sandeep Bedi, two highly qualified and experienced precast construction and real estate professionals. IQB was an innovative knowledge and technology-based Construction Project Management and Execution start up incorporated in Nov 2017. It was IQB’s passion and mission to minimize wastage of material, manpower and effort for building sustainable, durable, efficient buildings using best in class planning tools and construction technologies.
IQB was conceived on Vedantic principles of Karam Yoga - Desire free effort without expectation of fruit / work is worship. IQB was conceived to promote innovation and ingenuity in Civil Construction, create smiles by creating lasting loving homes. Precast concrete is the process of creating a construction product (a pillar, column, beam or wall) by casting concrete in a reusable mould or "form" which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place.
